White jeans, pencil skirts, leggings, dark denim - there’s nothing this evaluated top won't do for you. The OEKO-TEX certified fabric allows the body to breathe while the tailored fit allows the blouse to flow away from the body.  There's a tiny ruffle at the the shoulder for a sassy, feminine flair with a complimenting collar and ties. Fits true to size. Made in Toronto, Canada.
