    This dress lightweight and comfortable and just so pretty you won't be able to resist a twirl (or two!). I plan to layer it in spring with a denim jacket and sneaker and transition to wearing it in the summer with a sandal. Love that it can be easily dressed up and down - another Dotty win!!
