Burgsndy sassy sweater shirt top with puff sleeves.

This is my third sweatshirt with puff sleeves from Dotty. I have one in periwinkle, one in buffalo plaid (would never have considered this but I went into the store & caught my eye), & one in burgundy. I would definitely consider buying more of them. So cozy & comfortable yet very stylish. Perfection. I feel great in Dotty & I have plenty of other pieces.
