If for any reason, you are not totally in love with your new Dotty purchase, feel free to contact us for a refund or exchange within 10 business days of original purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns. However, we will happily cover the shipping fees for exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE: orders that were placed using a sale code or discount code are entitled to store credit only.
1. Log into your dotty account by clicking the left drop down menu. If you have not made an account, sign up for easy peasy returns and account management.
2. Once you've logged in, select the items you'd like to return. Click "request return" and a request will be sent to our team.
3. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED TO SEND BACK YOUR ITEMS. Once your return has been approved, pack up your dotty garment, print our return address, and bring it to a Canada Post location. Please ensure your name is included somewhere on the return. Our address is below.
4. You will receive a refund to the original payment method once your return is received.
