If for any reason, you are not totally in love with your new Dotty purchase, feel free to contact us for a refund or exchange within 10 business days of original purchase.
Please keep in mind that we only accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with the tags still on.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note credit card refunds on average take 10-20 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this as this is the jurisdiction of your specific bank.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable. We are happy to offer hassle free return shipping if you need to exchange for another size.
If you are looking for a different colour or size, if we have it in stock, we'll send the new item out to you free of shipping charges.
You will receive email notification once the package has shipped. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, complete with a tracking number. Signature upon delivery is not required. Canada Post expedited delivery times are 1-5 business days depending on your location. Rural locations may take longer. Please note that Dotty is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and/or parcel volume.
Please allow extra delivery time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations.
