All of our packages are shipped via Canada Post.
You will receive an email notification once the package has shipped. A signature upon delivery is not required.
Canada Post expedited delivery times are 1-5 business days depending on your location. Rural locations may take longer. Please note that Dotty is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and/or parcel volume. Please allow extra delivery time for deliveries to non-major centers and remote locations. Please allow extra processing/ delivery time for pre-shop items.
