Shipping & Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not totally in love with your new Dotty purchase, feel free to contact me for a refund or exchange within 10 business days of original purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not part of the refund. I'm happy to offer free return shipping on all exchanges. However return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please keep in mind that I only accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with the tags still on.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or e-transferred back to your bank account. If you used Sezzle, they will be refunding you the amount directly. Please note credit card refunds on average take 10-20 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this as this is the jurisdiction of your specific bank.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

You will receive email notification once the package has shipped. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, complete with a tracking number. Signature upon delivery is not required. Canada Post expedited delivery times are 1-5 business days depending on your location. Rural locations may take longer. Please note that Dotty is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and/or parcel volume. 
Please allow extra delivery time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations.

Arrivals are between 9-5pm local time Mon to Fri.

If you are looking for a different colour or size, if we have it in stock, we'll send the new item out to you free of charge.
